PBS Worldwide is operating in Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Europe and Kazakhstan since 2003. PBS has build a solid international network. The clients are mainly larger companies that hire technical specialist, engineers in several disciplines and IT specialists on a permanent basis or freelance basis in different countries in Europe. The recruitment activities are branded under "the recruitment factory" or @RF with offices in Belgium, Romania and Kazakhstan. 

We are looking for a freelance recruiter to strengthen our teams in Romania  for the recruitment of  IT profiles and  engineers. 75 percent will be recruitment of engineers and 25 percent will be IT profiles.

Main duties: 

  • Recruit engineers in several disciplines 75 percent of your time
  • Recruit IT specialists 25 percent of  your time
  • Online Recruitment of candidates to fulfill long-term and short-term resourcing strategies, as well as immediate needs across several business portfolios.
  • Post job announcements on recruitment websites and other media. 
  • Manage candidate evaluation procedures.
  • Organize and manage our recruitment process.
  • Check references.
  • Write a small summary after the first screening 10 lines. 
  • Process, organize and maintain all paperwork and communicate with the candidates via our applicant tracking system (you get access after 3-6 months - you need to earn your access to the ATS system by finding profiles).

Education Level :
Bachelor's or Master degree   in Business, HRM, engineering, IT or equivalent combination of education and experience. The freelancer needs to have a company for invoicing as this is freelance contract.

Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment of  IT profiles and/or engineers.
  • Results driven work ethic with high energy and enthusiasm levels.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Expert in digital marketing of candidate profiles with our web career portal as basis.
  • Search ninja on social media Linkedin, Facebook.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent in English language.
  • “Can do” attitude and "can manage" the workload.

The contract:
After screening PBS will propose a contract. The invoicing is  upon successful completion of the mission for  the search profiles that will be assigned to the recruiter with  price that we present when we send the search profiles.
