PBS Worldwide is operating in Romania since 2003. PBS has build a solid international network. The clients are mainly larger companies that hire technical specialisys and engineers for various sectors like matal and construction and ICT specialist on a permanent basis in different countries in Europe but also in Romania. However sales and marketing and financial functions are also searched for the clients as PBS delivers a one stop for recruitment in Romania. We are looking for a freelance recruiter to strengthen our teams in Romania.

Job responsabilities: 

This role is key in supporting the execution of new recruitment / procurement strategies and scalable outsourcing models to enable us to deliver better services and greater value to our clients. 

The freelance recruiter supports the recruitment, selection, qualification, performance rating and development of external resources.

Main duties: 

The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities  for this role:

  • Online Recruitment of candidates to fulfil long-term and short-term resourcing strategies, as well as immediate needs across several business portfolios.
  • Post job announcements on recruitment websites and other media
  • Manage candidate evaluation procedures.
  • Organize and manage tests as per our recruitment process.
  • Check references.
  • Process, organize and maintain all paperwork and communicate with the candidates via our applicant tracking system

Education Level :

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in Business, HRM, engineering, ICT or equivalent combination of education and experience. The freelancer needs to have a company for invoicing as this is freelance contract.

Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment of technical and/or IT profiles, engineers  and/or technical workers (pipe fitters, electricians, plumbers etc..)
  • Results driven work ethic with high energy and enthusiasm levels.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Expert in digital marketing of candidate profiles with our web career portal as basis
  • Search ninja on social media linkedin, facebook
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent in English language
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office at a minimum) and if possible experience with ATS systems
  • “Can do” attitude and « can” manage the workload

The contract

After screening PBS will propose a contract. The invoicing  variable upon successful completion of the mission for  the search profiles that will be assigned to the recruiter.
